I am looking for faculty positions in agricultural education and leadership. I am open to positions focused on the development of scholars in STEM education as well.

My research focuses on scholar and professional development through socialization, mentoring, and advising process. I assert that within this context, positive role modeling, education, and experiences help to cultivate positive learning environments that contribute to belonging within the field, enhancing not only retention in a program, but also post-graduation. My future research has implications for student development and experiences, faculty development, and career readiness.

I have experience coordinating summer enrichment programs, coordinating and facilitating a peer mentor program, teaching in K12 agriculture and science classrooms, supervising student research, mentoring students, and coordinating a research team.
